Partners: grower–winery supply links
A supply link connects a buying winery's account with a grower's account. The winery gets the spray records it needs for residue compliance and can record fruit intakes against the grower's blocks; the grower controls exactly what is shared and can change or revoke it at any time. Inviting growers requires the Estate or Winery plan (from €59/mo); accepting as a grower requires a commercial plan (Vineyard, Estate or Winery — from €39/mo).
Inviting a grower (winery side)
- Open your account menu (top right) and choose Partners (
/settings/partners). - Under My growers, enter the grower's email address and press Invite grower.
- The link shows as "Invitation pending" until the grower accepts — and it's the grower who decides what to share.
Accepting an invite (grower side)
The invitation arrives by email. Opening the link shows the consent page — sign in or create an account with the invited email address first. Nothing is shared unless you allow it. Tick the scopes you're comfortable with:

Press Accept & link accounts. You can adjust these choices later: the buyer appears under My buyers on your Partners page, where each scope is a checkbox you can toggle at any time.
What the winery sees
Once the link is active, buttons appear on the grower's card under My growers:
- Spray register — a read-through of the grower's shared spray records: date, block, product, PHI and calculated withdrawal date. The data stays live in the grower's account; the winery reads it through the link rather than chasing spreadsheets.
- Record fruit intake — select one of your wines, the grower's block, the harvest date and quantity in kg, then press Save intake. This is what ties the grower's vineyard to your wine.
"Grown at" on the bottle
When a winery records a fruit intake from your block and you share on-label identity, consumers scanning the wine's provenance QR see a Grown at section naming your vineyard, block and harvest date — verified through the link, not typed in by the winery. For growers, that's provenance credit on every bottle made from your fruit.
Revoking
Either side can end the link: press Revoke (winery side) or Revoke link (grower side) on the partner's card. All data sharing stops immediately, including on-label mentions.
