[legal entity] and have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer before launch. These Terms govern your use of makewine.app (“MakeWine”), a service operated from Ireland by [legal entity — to be confirmed before launch]. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
MakeWine is winemaking software for tracking fermentations, managing vineyard and cellar records, running wine-chemistry calculators, generating export certificates and provenance QR codes, and sharing recipes, via the web app and Android app.
Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security or rate limits, no scraping or overloading the API or webhooks, and no infringing others’ rights.
The calculators, suggestions, fermentation health indicators, and educational content are provided for guidance only and are deterministic estimates, not laboratory certifications or professional advice. Always verify critical additions (e.g. SO₂, acid) against your own measurements and follow applicable food-safety and labelling regulations. You are responsible for your finished product.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Questions: support@makewine.app (MakeWine is operated from Ireland by [legal entity — to be confirmed]).
